Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND: 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a store credit on your purchase if the below requirements are met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn with original packaging/tags
  • The item is in its original condition, unworn with no marks, scuffs or scratches
  • The item was not purchased in a sale
  • The item is returned to us within 7 days of its delivery date
  • Earrings are not accepted for change of mind, retun or refunds due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully.

A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card or code (with no expiry) which you can use to repurchase another item on our website.

Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Please email info@celene.com.au to organise a return.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Sale items are not eligible for returns
  • All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by us.

EXCHANGES:

To exchange your item/s, please follow the above return instructions, and then place a brand new order for the item/s you desire. 

Please email info@celene.com.au if you have any questions and wish to begin a returns/exchange process. 

FAULTY ITEMS:

We carefully pack your orders, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided the following is met;

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to info@celene.com.au
  • Your claim has been approved and processed 

Please note: Once your refund has been approved, a notification will be sent to you. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
